Processing time

Orders are normally dispatched within one week. Custom designs take up to 2 weeks.

Delivery times

We ship from Northern Norway. Expected delivery time after dispatch:

• Norway: 4–7 days (Posten/Bring)
• Switzerland, USA and Japan: 5–10 days (FedEx International)

Duties and taxes

All international orders are shipped with duties and import taxes paid. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Orders above a certain value get reduced or free shipping; the thresholds for your market are shown in the store.

Tracking and delivery

You receive a tracking number when your order ships. The order is delivered to the delivery address given in the order or to a pickup point.
